The word ‘refreshing’ suggests renewal and nourishment to me.  And here is a little bit of sustenance for both mind and body.

The view is from an accommodation cube at Cove Park, which is always a salve to calm the soul and the source of an ever changing weather story.

The foodstuff is perhaps a controversial choice, and not to everyone’s taste; but for me it’s a sine qua non.

Toast and Marmite is a favourite from childhood and sustained the production of quite a few words that day.

I can’t remember why I took the photo; I think I may have had a daft idea for a story about Marmite going on holiday on its own, and having a penchant for sitting in the sun admiring the view…… but that’s as far as that notion got.
